The Healthy Mind: How to Achieve your Dream.


1 Believe that you can succeed and set about doing just that.

First and foremost, you must have complete faith in your abilities, and courage to take immediate action.



2. Learn to roll with the punches.

Do not give in to pressures. Don’t sweat the small stuff. If you just take care of the big things, the little things will take care of themselves.



3. Get busy achieving your goals.
If you just do it, get busy following your plans and achieving your goals, you will soon forget why they cannot be done.



4. Always be aware of the positive elements of hope.
Do not get into a rut. Hope is life and life is hope.



5. Have complete confidence in your ability to find a solution to any situation or circumstance.

Know that you know that there is always a solution. Reformulate the situation or circumstance in a way that facilitates solution or resolution. For example, if you are faced with a difficult task, ask yourself, “How can I complete this task and enjoy the experience?”



6. Keep going and growing.

Be excited about your own performance each day. Affirm, “Everyday in every way I am getting better.”



7. Many are said, few are accomplished.

Do not procrastinate. Don’t wait for someone to ring your bell. Be self-motivated. Start each day with a winning attitude. The Universal law of Focus and Discipline states that your attitude must always be focused on your goals, vision, and purpose.



Your thoughts, emotions, and actions must always be under control. Self-discipline is the process by which you maintain your focus.

It is a learned behavior, which must be developed and perfected. When you have self-discipline from outside it is unnecessary.



8. Always obey those in authority
Do not insult any leader or disobey any leader. If you want to be a leader obey your leader.



9. Obey Simple instruction

Simple things is very difficult for people to obey. Submit your will for the will of your leader.



10. Think Positively

Bible said that as a man thinketh, so is he. Don’t think about failure for once, always look forward and not backward.
